Experience

We have supplied large floor standing distribution boards to chicken hatcheries in Zambia, Nigeria as well as Mozambique. In addition we manufacture a steady supply of street lighting kiosks for the Lesotho market.

The largest board we have built to date was supplied to the Lobatse Clay Works in Botswanna, the board had 5 000A busbars. We have been manufacturing distribution kiosks to LEC – Lesotho Electrical Company – specification for the last 10 years and are a regular supplier thereof. In South Africa we are a supplier to Actom Electrical Equipment. We have also built a changeover/distribution board for the Telkom Exchange in Kimberley, the board was designed for 2 x 1 250KvA transformers and 2 x 1 000KvA standby gensets with outgoing feeders.

Having pioneered the original relay control panels for automatic genset operation, we have advanced with technology and now use state of the art control equipment. We have supplied numerous gensets to private clients as well as hospitals, banks and government buildings. Our most recent completed contracts involved the supply and manufacture of 12 generator sets, built into silent weatherproof canopies, which were installed at various SAPS sites around the Free State.

The largest genset that we have supplied and installed to date is a 1 500KvA. It is situated at the Deeds Office in Bloemfontein, and the job was done for the Department of Public Works.
